A thick mantel on a concealed steel bracket, so it looks like it's holding itself up. Pictured: black walnut on porcelain tile, and a box mantel on stacked stone. Choose a crisp squared edge like these, or leave the live edge on the face. Depth and thickness are sized to your fireplace, and Steve confirms the numbers with you after you order.
